2. Apply a strip of whitening gel over the entire length of the silicone tray.

3. Place the bleaching mold/LED on the upper and lower jaw.

4. Activate the LED and now leave the bleaching gel on for 15-20 minutes, depending on the degree of discoloration. (Maximum 30 minutes)

5. Remove the accelerator and rinse the mouth with warm water. Afterwards you can remove the excess gel with a toothbrush and toothpaste. The home bleaching products are easily cleaned with water.

6. You can use teeth whitening once a day until the result is as you wish.
